My name is Rhonda L. Thompson-Brown and I am an Evangelist/Minister in the Metro Atlanta area partnered with Bishop Mark A. Stroud and Pastor Sumiko Stroud of Kingdom Rock Worship Church in Bremen, GA.
My Outreach Ministry is called Victory Over Defeat Ministries and is reflective of my first book entitled Victory Over Defeat EVERY TIME! God gave me a bold message to share that "Everyone Is Worth Keeping" and that is the premise that the ministry is built upon.

1. We will fast for the FIRST TWELVE DAYS of the Year - to signify one day for every month in 2010.
2. The Type of Fast will be a Daniel Fast - No Meats, No Sweets, No Breads and no Wine (only water and pure fruit juices). Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself by eating of the King's Meats, Sweets, Breads and Wine but only fruits, vegetables and water or juice. Afterward he and his three friends; later to be renamed as: Shadrach, Meshack and Abednego, were all much more healthy and vibrant than the King's men who were also taken captive at the same time Daniel and his friends were. Later we know that God showed up in the midst of the fire with his three friends and none of them were harmed, neither was Daniel harmed when he was thrown into the Lion's Den.
3. Prayer and Submission unto God - We will set aside specific times to Pray and Seek the Lord for Direction as well as specific time just to worship and honor Him for all He has already done and is about to do in our lives.
4. Finally, track your progress and present your testimonies using our special BREAKTHROUGH BLOG that will be available for you to record all that God is doing for you in this time of Fasting.
